The Communications Add-On brings SMS, MMS, and Voice AI to Command Center (Pro plan required). When it launches, Pro plan pricing will increase to include these features. Send text updates from Repair Orders, automate stage-change notifications, and use Voice AI for phone calls. Additional per-message and per-minute fees will apply. This feature is coming soon.
