    • Shop Monitor TV display — full-screen production board with 30-second auto-refresh, overdue red rings, and a 10-hour session.
    • Printable production report — one-click paper printout of every active RO for the morning standup.
    • Online booking & QR codes — customers book estimates on your branded page. Generate QR codes with your shop logo for cards and flyers.
    • Tech Clock, Attendance Clock & timesheets — techs clock in per RO; hourly and salary staff clock in on a separate Attendance Clock (Regular, OT, PTO) that can be locked to your shop's WiFi.
    • WiFi Geofencing — restrict clock actions to your authorized WiFi with IP-based verification. Off-network staff see a clear message; still-clocked-in staff get an off-shift reminder.
    • Two payroll pipelines — Tech payroll pulls flagged RO labor into pay periods; Hourly/Salary payroll uses Attendance Clock punches. Both export to QuickBooks Online.
    • Parts Command Center — order from OPSTrax, CollisionLink, PartsTrader, LKQ, and local dealers. Red/Yellow/Orange/Green status colors, invoice posting, and a Cmd/Ctrl+P quick-search shortcut.
    • Sublet invoice posting — post per Sublet line for towing, glass, calibration, storage, freight, and in-house work with full audit trail.
    • Built-in payments — accept credit cards, checks, and cash directly from the repair order without a third-party terminal.
    • Live QuickBooks P&L — the Accounting P&L tab pulls your QBO Profit & Loss live (Accrual or Cash), per-account rollup, sales tax as liability, reconciliation (Match / Review / Critical), and month-lock.
    • Operational GP — shop-floor P&L: payments collected, estimated parts/labor/sublet costs, and gross profit by category — before the accounting close.
    • QuickBooks Online integration — one-click RO export as SalesReceipt (Mode A) or Invoice + ReceivePayment (Mode B).
    • AI Office Assistant (AI Brain) — drafts emails, phone scripts, follow-up reminders, and report summaries from your KPIs and RO data. Admin-managed Templates and a one-click mail button opens Email Compose pre-filled.

    • Intake Package — Check-In Form and Parts Authorization combined into one signature and one auto-attached PDF, matched to the RO by VIN.
