Question 1

What is CrashHQ?

Accepted Answer

CrashHQ is a crash management command center built for body shops and collision repair facilities. It brings together crash claim tracking, repair workflow management, and insurance coordination into a single platform so body shop owners and managers can run every job from one place.

Question 2

What does crash management software do for body shops?

Accepted Answer

Crash management software helps body shops track every vehicle from arrival through final delivery. It manages repair workflows, documents crash damage, coordinates with insurance adjusters, and keeps your team aligned — reducing missed steps, delays, and lost revenue.

Question 3

How is CrashHQ different from other auto repair software?

Accepted Answer

Most auto repair software focuses on estimates and invoicing. CrashHQ is built specifically around the crash and collision workflow — from first notice of loss through insurance approval, repair tracking, and job close-out. It is a purpose-built command center for crash work, not a generic shop management tool.

Question 4

Is CrashHQ free to use?

Accepted Answer

CrashHQ offers a 14-day free trial. Plans are Starter at $499/month and Pro at $899/month. A card is collected at signup but nothing is charged until Day 15, when the one-time setup fee and first monthly charge are billed. Cancel before then and pay nothing.

Question 5

Does CrashHQ work with insurance companies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. CrashHQ is designed to streamline the insurance coordination process for body shops. It helps you document crash damage, track claim status, and manage the back-and-forth with insurance adjusters to reduce delays and get approvals faster.

Question 6

Who is CrashHQ designed for?

Accepted Answer

CrashHQ is built for body shop owners, collision center managers, and repair facility teams who handle auto accident work. If your shop processes crash claims and coordinates with insurance companies, CrashHQ was built for you.
